Shipping Policy


After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a notification in E-mail & Line with the address where you should send your garments to. You will be responsible for the sending fee. Please note that we will not take responsibility if any items got damaged during the shipment. Make sure everything is well-packed, we’ll handle all your garments with care while they stay with us. Our service takes approximately 14-21 days. However, you’ll be able to track where your clothes are in our repairing process. When we have completed the work, we’ll return your items by Thai Post. Sit chill and wait. Your revived item is on the way back home :)




Refund Policy


CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order for a full refund any time until the day you send out your garments IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR WORK: It is very unlikely that you are disappointed in our work or an item becomes damaged under the care of Reviv. In any case, please get in touch directly with us so we can fix it if possible. We usually will either redo the work or give back a full refund.
